Spain has a way of bottling joy—sun‑drenched vineyards, sea‑kissed breezes, and a culture that believes wine is meant to be shared. This week at Dominic’s, we’re celebrating three Spanish options that show just how vibrant, refreshing, and downright delicious Spain can be.
CVNE Monopole Blanco — Rioja
Crisp, floral, and quietly elegant, Monopole Blanco is one of Rioja’s oldest white wines and still one of its most charming. Made from Viura, it brings notes of pear, white flowers, and soft citrus. It’s the kind of wine that feels like opening a window on a spring morning—bright, clean, and effortless.
Acentuado Rosé — Castilla
This Spanish rosé leans into freshness and fruit without ever feeling sweet or heavy. Think strawberry, watermelon rind, and a little Mediterranean breeze. It’s lively, refreshing, and made for easy sipping—A true rosé with Spanish flair.
CVNE Cune Crianza — Rioja
A classic red Rioja that delivers comfort and character in equal measure. Expect juicy cherry, soft spice, and gentle oak tannins—nothing loud, everything balanced. It’s medium‑bodied, smooth, and endlessly food‑friendly. If Monopole Blanco is springtime, Cune Crianza is the warm glow of a long Spanish dinner.
All three are highlighted on our Spanish Flight this week at Dominic’s! Together, they show the full spectrum of Spain’s personality: bright, joyful, and soulful.
