Starting in March, join us every Saturday morning starting at 10AM for Sparkling Saturdays. From the simple perfection of a traditional Mimosa, weekly signature specials, or sip one of our exquisite Champagnes, Cavas or Cremant De Bourgognes.
Available by the glass, by the pitcher or a create your own Mimosa experience complete with your very own bottle.

Flights at Dominic’s are designed to make exploration both fun and flavorful. From bright, refreshing whites to bold, cozy reds, and even a playful sweet trio, each flight is thoughtfully composed to highlight distinct styles, regions, and moods.
To elevate the experience, our small plates are intentionally simple and shareable, offering the perfect balance to each pour. Charcuterie, olives, hummus, and other light bites are selected to enhance the wine’s character, bringing out subtle aromas, textures, and finishes.
